Cancellation Charges Custom Packages: Cancellations 90+ days before departure: R2000 booking fee is non-refundable; remaining payments refunded minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., supplier fees). Cancellations 60–89 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
